Crew Board — Delete Your Account

Crew Board (published by AAB@safespace) lets you delete your account and all associated server-side data at any time.

To delete your account: send an email to copilotpilotapp@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address your account is registered with (so we can verify it is you). We will delete the account and confirm by reply, normally within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your account (email address and sign-in credentials).
Your display name, role, and friend code.
All your friend relationships.
All roster data you shared with friends.

Good to know

One account serves both Crew Board and CoPilot. Deleting it removes your account from both apps.
Data stored only on your device (your roster, settings, memos) is not on our servers — remove it by signing out or uninstalling the app.
Purchase records may be kept by Apple, Google or the subscription-management service as their rules require.
No data is retained after deletion, except emails you have sent us, which remain in our mailbox.
