CoPilot (the “app”) is published by AAB@safespace (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information the app handles and the choices you have. Contact: copilotpilotapp@gmail.com.
Most of what the app does happens on your device. Information you enter or keep in the app — your profile, schedule, logbook, tool inputs, settings and exported files — stays on your device unless you share it as described below. We do not receive it.
When you create an account, our authentication provider handles your email address and password; we never see your password. We also keep your display name, a generated friend code, an account identifier, the connections you make with other users, and the date you accepted the in-app agreement. The same account is used by our companion app Crew Board.
If you choose to share your schedule with friends, the schedule details you share (dates, duties, times and layover details) are stored on our service so that the friends you have accepted can view them. Only accepted friends can see them. Removing a friend stops sharing with that person.
Apple or Google handles payment. A subscription-management service receives your account identifier and purchase status so that paid features can be verified.
We use information only to operate accounts, connect friends, share schedules, manage purchases, answer support requests and keep the app working. Our authentication, subscription-management and email-delivery providers, Apple and Google receive only what their service needs and must protect it in line with this policy. We send account emails only (verification, password reset); no marketing.
Account information is kept until you delete your account. Shared schedule details are replaced as you update them and removed when you stop sharing or delete the account. Purchase records may be kept by Apple, Google or the subscription-management service as their rules require.
To delete your account, email copilotpilotapp@gmail.com from your registered address — see the account deletion page. Deletion removes the account from both CoPilot and Crew Board. Information kept only on your device is removed by uninstalling the app.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information.
CoPilot is intended for professional pilots aged 18 or over.
The wording below is the agreement shown in the app before it is first used, reproduced here word for word.
CoPilot is a reference tool. It helps you find and organise what the official manuals and documents say. It does not replace them.
By continuing you confirm that you have read and understood the above and will use CoPilot as a reference companion, never as primary operational documentation.
We may update this policy when the app changes and will update the date above. Questions: copilotpilotapp@gmail.com.
